boil potatoes drained peeled n mashed add salt pepper n chilly flakes...keep aside...tke a cooker add mutton add 1smal cup f curd add ggpste mint n coriander leaves add 1tspgmpwd oil cook til d mutton is done n gravy is soaked completely..cool it n grind it...tke a tawa add 1 finely chpd add coriander lvs..add soya leavs n saute wel..mix wel...cut cheese cubes into four half...tke a minced mutton flatn it add cheese close it...tke a potato mixture flatten it n close d mutton mixture..dip in egg n roll it 2 bread crumbs...n deep fry...hide n seek kebab ready
