Bread-1pack(remove side)
Coconut milk -1bowl(thick)
Dip the bread in coconut milk and set in baking dish as 1st layer
Prawns 1 cup
Onion-1
Tomato-1 
Ginger garlic paste -1tsp
Corriander leaves
Salt
Marinate prawns in red chilli pwd corriander pwd and salt fr  1/2 an hr
In a pan pour oil and add onion , gin garlic paste and sauté fr few mints then add tomato and make thick masala then add marinate prawns and cook till prawns is done then add coriander leaves
(Masala should be thick do not add water)
Set the prawn masala as 2nd layer 
Again Dip the bread in coconut milk and set in 3rd layer

Maida -1tbsp
Butter-2tbsp
Milk-1cup
Pepper-1tsp
Maggi chicken cube -1
 Make a white sauce out of this and pour as 4th layer
Then on top layer add mozarella cheese ,chilli flakes nd oregano and bake in oven fr 15 to 20 mins at 170०c

Umm - Ali or ummali

New version of  Umm Ali

1/2 kg puff pastry  sheet frozen ( I used croissants, baked croissants broken up is actually widely seen!)
3tbsp + 5tbsp sugar
6tbsp milk maid
2 tbsp shredded coconut
475 ml thick cream (nestle)
 2 cups milk (depending on how thick or loose you want your pudding to be)
1/4 cup each almonds and pistachios chopped
Few brown sugar for sprinkling on top

1.  Preheat oven to 450º F.
2.  Unroll puff pastry sheets and place on greased baking sheets.  Bake until dry and crisp, but not brown...approximately 45 seconds each. When finished with puff pastry, turn oven down to 350ºF. 
3.  Break puff pastry into 1-2in. pieces. Add this to a medium sized casserole dish.
 To that add in the coconut, almonds and pistachios. Spread it evenly.
3. Boil milk, condensed milk and 3tbsp of sugar in a separate pan. Pour this over the bread mixture. Let the bread soak up the milk for 10 mins.
4. Beat 5 tbsp of sugar with thick cream and spread this on top of the bread plus milk mixture.
5. Sprinkle a few brown sugar on top.
6. Bake for 15 mins at 175 degree celsius.
7. Chill for at least 4-5 hrs.
Notes:

✔Check for the sweetness and adjust the sugar and the condensed milk amount accordingly.
✔This dessert tastes its best when really cold.

I used croissants Instead of puff pastry sheet , baked croissant use cheythittum nannayittund
**skip steps 1 & 2 if using already baked croissants**

Chettinadu Fish Fry

Ingredients
2 fillets king fish,2 Tbsp oil,to pan fry
For the  marination:
 7-8 cloves garlic, 1 knob ginger, mashed
1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp fennel
2 tsp coriander seeds, 2 tsp black peppercorns
1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 9-10 curry leaves, Salt, to taste
1 tsp oil, to grind
1 Tbsp water
1/2 tomato, chopped, 1 Tbsp water
1 tsp red chilli powder, 5 tsp tamarind extract, 1 Tbsp cornflour, to sprinkle
Method
In a pan, dry roast garlic, ginger, cumin, fennel, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, mustard seeds & curryleaves.Pound them in a mortar and pestle. Add a little salt, oil and water to help in the procedure.
Now add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and tamarind extract. Pound them together till pulp like and spread it over the fish pieces. Sprinkle some cornflour over the fish. The cornflour helps the masala to stick . Marinate the fish and keep in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. In a pan, fry the fish with the refined oil and serve hot.

Simple chocolate mousse

Ingredients 
200g chocolate (dark or milk)
200ml whipping cream 
6-7 oreo biacuits
method

melt chocolate 
whip up some cream until thick 
pour chocolate into the cream and gently fold until well combined
place crushed oreos in the glass and fill it up with mousse 
decorate with crushed oreos cream and biscuit
chocolate mousse ready to dig in :):D
